1. Our services

JarvisAI provides AI-powered automation services, including AI voice receptionists, chatbots, WhatsApp AI assistants, and appointment booking automation ("Services"). The exact scope, features and price of the Services you receive will be set out in a separate quote, order form, or agreement between you and JarvisAI.

2. Use of our website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.

3. Fees and payment

Fees for the Services are as agreed in your order form or quote, typically billed monthly in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our plans do not require a long-term contract and can be cancelled with notice as specified in your order form. Setup or onboarding fees, where applicable, are payable before implementation begins.

4. No guaranteed results

We aim to deliver a high-quality, reliable AI automation system. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a specific number of bookings, calls answered, or revenue increase), as these depend on factors outside our control, including your business's own operations and market conditions.

5. AI-generated content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses to your customers or patients. While we configure and test the system carefully, AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or require human review. You remain responsible for reviewing critical information (such as pricing or medical/legal advice disclaimers) presented to your customers through the system.

6. Intellectual property

All software, workflows, designs and materials created by JarvisAI in the course of providing the Services remain the intellectual property of Jarvis AI Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your own business data, content, and branding provided to us.

7. Confidentiality and data

We treat information about your business as confidential and will only use it to provide the Services. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JarvisAI's total liability arising from or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services as set out in your order form or with reasonable written notice where no specific term is agreed. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately in case of non-payment or misuse of the system.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
